Four new last-mile distribution centres added in Dallas and Atlanta.
Link Logistics expands its industrial footprint with a massive acquisition across key US markets.
Link Logistics has recently expanded its reach across the United States. The firm added the Gateway Infill Growth Portfolio to its holdings. This acquisition includes four strategic buildings spanning nearly 700,000 square feet. Consequently, the company strengthens its presence in major distribution regions.
Three properties are situated in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Specifically, these assets are located in Irving, Grand Prairie and Farmers Branch. The fourth warehouse serves the Atlanta market from Suwanee, Georgia. Furthermore, these locations offer excellent access to transport networks and labour.
Andrew Goodman noted that the strategy focuses on locations with long-term demand. The portfolio reflects the company’s confidence in these specific distribution hubs. Link Logistics already manages over 70 million square feet in these markets. Additionally, Laura Hyde stated that population growth continues to drive demand for logistics.
Business investments also support the strong industrial fundamentals in these cities. JLL facilitated the transaction as the seller’s representative. The company remains a major player in last-mile industrial real estate. Initially established by Blackstone, it supports the delivery of essential goods.
Its modern warehouses now cover half a billion square feet nationwide. This scale allows the firm to connect consumption, technology and e-commerce. The vast reach helps customers run smarter operations while delivering value to stakeholders.
