    What the organisation does measurably better or differently than its peers — innovation, service model, technology or reach.

    Positioning within the sector and region, assessed against direct competitors and market benchmarks.

    Merit & Judgement Scale

    Structured scoring by the BT editorial panel across the evaluation dimensions, weighted by tier.

  5. 05

    Final Assessment & Verdict

    Panel review of the full evidence file, verification of claims, and the final award decision for the cycle.

Evaluation runs in two phases: an eligibility screen against the tier criteria, followed by the full panel assessment. Detailed, sector-specific criteria are provided to qualified organisations through the awards portal.
