Amberjack Capital Partners cashes in on its energy sector investment as Innovex International facilitates a major secondary offering.
A major shareholder is selling five million shares of Innovex International, signaling potential shifts in energy investments.
Private equity investors are adjusting their energy portfolios this week. Amberjack Capital Partners plans to sell five million shares soon. These shares belong to Houston-based energy firm Innovex International. The company trades on the market under the INVX ticker.
Innovex designs and manufactures critical products for global oil markets. Furthermore, Barclays will serve as the sole underwriter here. The financial institution will offer these shares at market prices. Alternatively, they might sell them through private negotiated transactions.
Innovex management noted the firm receives no proceeds from this. Therefore, the transaction strictly benefits the selling private equity affiliates. The current business entity emerged from a major 2024 merger. Dril-Quip and Innovex Downhole Solutions combined to form the enterprise.
The company now operates across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. However, market conditions could still influence the final closing process. Regulators expect the offering to officially close on August 10. Moreover, interested investors must review SEC filings before making decisions.
