Basketball icon Fadi El Khatib launches a 15,000 sqm lifestyle hub in Al Quoz.

Club 15 brings professional-grade sports facilities and family amenities to Dubai’s Al Quoz district.

Dubai introduces a massive new fitness venue today. Specifically, Club 15 officially opens its doors in Al Quoz. This 15,000-square-metre sports destination transforms the traditional gym experience. As a result, it offers professional-grade facilities tailored for athletes and families.

Lebanese basketball icon Fadi El Khatib founded the ambitious project. Furthermore, he drew inspiration from his celebrated jersey number. The club operates around a clear philosophy of preparation and recovery. As a result, it brings professional sporting infrastructure into an accessible community setting.

At the core lies a massive 5,700-square-metre gym. Members can also access seven indoor padel courts with 15-metre ceilings. The facility also houses three basketball courts and multiple fitness studios. As a result, visitors can easily practice boxing, yoga, or functional training.

Recovery plays an equally important role in the overall design. For instance, the venue features a heated semi-Olympic pool and ice baths. Visitors will also find a hydrotherapy jacuzzi and a large physiotherapy clinic. An infrared sauna also helps members unwind after rigorous physical activity.

The destination caters seamlessly to families and young children. Specifically, the site includes a dedicated kids’ area and a gaming lounge. Youth basketball and padel academies also operate on the premises. As a result, young athletes can safely discover their potential and develop vital skills.

Strategic partnerships elevate the venue’s lifestyle offerings. As a result, brands like adidas, Red Bull, and Joe & The Juice maintain a strong presence. The space also includes premium lounges, an in-house café, and a podcast studio. A dedicated digital platform also streamlines event bookings and loyalty rewards.

El Khatib recently shared his personal vision for the new facility. He stated, “I didn’t want to build another gym.” Instead, he wanted to build a true home for sport. Ultimately, he envisions a place where families can compete, recover, and connect socially.

He added that the number fifteen represents a standard of excellence. Accordingly, he hopes the academies will inspire the next generation. Located near Al Khail Road, the facility provides over 300 parking spaces. Finally, early joiners will receive exclusive founding-member privileges upon registration.
