Significant real estate holdings in North Carolina, New Mexico, & Bridgehampton face membership interest sales.
AW Properties Global schedules public auctions of membership interests in LLCs that own cinema, industrial & luxury residential assets.
AW Properties Global has announced two major public auctions scheduled for 16 October 2026. These proceedings involve pledged membership interests within specific limited liability companies linked to significant real estate. However, these sales represent equity interests rather than direct transactions for the underlying property assets.
The first auction concerns Monroe Cinemas LLC, which holds commercial property in Monroe, North Carolina. This site includes nearly two acres improved with a sizeable cinema and restaurant facility. Therefore, prospective bidders are evaluating the entity’s equity rather than the physical building itself.
The second auction targets interests in Belen 1945 LLC and Brick House NY LLC. These entities own an industrial warehouse in New Mexico and a residential estate in Bridgehampton. Additionally, the secured party holds collateral including various pieces of high-value contemporary artwork.
The collateral schedule mentions works by prominent artists such as KAWS and Refik Anadol. The auction focuses solely on the membership interests in the respective companies. Furthermore, participants must meet a qualification deadline by noon on 13 October.
Successful bidders will then need to increase their deposits to 25 per cent of the bid. Diana M. Peterson, the chief executive, noted that these sales highlight the nuances of equity foreclosure. She explained that her firm ensures a transparent and competitive marketing process for all stakeholders.
Consequently, auctions provide a structured method for enforcing the rights of secured parties.
