Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) has strategically partnered with Dedicated Housing Company (DHC).
Specifically, they will develop a hospitality-inspired residential community in Riyadh. Moreover, this project sits adjacent to the East Network railway station in Al Malaz. Primarily, the project focuses on serviced residential units to enhance modern city living. Furthermore, the URBN Living developments will span two adjacent plots. In total, the land area covers approximately 13,000 square metres. Consequently, this massive project will comprise more than 450 residential units. Additionally, it will feature over 1,600 beds for residents. Crucially, it targets professionals, business travellers, & intercity commuters for short & long-term stays.
The community-centric design integrates amenities like co-working lounges & shared kitchens. Also, residents will enjoy access to laundry facilities, fitness areas, & recreational spaces. Situated in a prime area, the development offers direct access to transportation networks. Therefore, the project integrates high-quality residential living with vital infrastructure. As a result, it contributes significantly to the creation of sustainable urban communities. Ultimately, URBN Living will operate the properties following international standards. Finally, completion of this landmark project is expected within 36 months.
