Bayut reveals the 2025 real estate market leaders at a gala event in Dubai, honouring top agencies and brokers.
The UAE’s property sector gathered at Atlantis The Royal this week as Bayut hosted its annual awards ceremony. The event, themed “Reflections of Your Success”, aimed to distinguish outstanding professionalism within the competitive real estate market. Consequently, industry leaders and stakeholders convened to acknowledge the individuals and organisations that defined the 2025 market cycle in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Winners were determined through a rigorous process involving comprehensive performance data from the past year. Furthermore, a jury panel consisting of senior executives, including Sahar Khan and Nicolas Majeau, deliberated on the final selections to ensure a fair outcome. Haider Khan, the CEO of Bayut and Dubizzle Group MENA, opened the proceedings by highlighting the sector’s role in city-building. He noted that the awards offer a necessary pause to recognise those setting new standards of excellence, emphasising that the gathered professionals contribute to living history.
In the Dubai category, fäm Properties secured the prestigious Agency of the Year (Enterprise) title.
